X-Rated…a good thing!

While it is certainly an all ages dining venue, NXXT’s food is naughty, naughty good! Situated fairly far West on Chicago Avenue, NXXT is yet another fantastic addition to a hungry West Town community waiting for more of its kind. This establishment is a delicious, upscale, eclectic gem that serves up some amazing renditions of American comfort food XXX style. The décor is art deco-ish adorned with super sweet and very comfy red chairs and swank, oversized hanging lamps.

Our night began with a tasty and very stiff (how Nikki likes it) signature lavender martini and a well poured glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Upon taking a dive into the menu, one will find mainly chicken, pork, and beef dishes with a little twist, but nothing over board. We started the evening with a tasty salad mixed with apples, pears, candied walnuts with some blue cheese which is always nice foreplay. After getting heated up, our main courses consisted of a delectable chicken dish cooked under a brick and served with garlic mashed and Nikki’s tasty pork which had a little canned heat over the top which was a bacon-applesauce concoction that was super tasty. There looked to be some other tantalizing options being served like the mac and cheese, comforting burgers, and a few nice salads that we will have to try upon our return.

NXXT, all in all is a pretty cool place with a super strange name and sign that has great food.We feel it is perfectly situated in an area that will coddle it into something terrific. So before we close, as you know, Nikki and I must provide our washroom review as well (because every date must have a good can). That being said, we were so caught up in our dining experience that we forgot to pee.
